Junior Open (Ben Cup Boys / Shannon Cup Girls) 2025 Rules

Ben Cup (Boys) & Shannon Cup (Girls) 18 Hole Medal Competition. Jeff Hall and Justin Rose Telegraph Qualifying event. Boys play from White Tees and Girls play from Red Tees. Entry Fee £10 payable at time of entry. Max Boys Handicap Index is 28. max Girls Handicap Index is 36.

No caddies are permitted. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult but they must not communicate with the players. No dogs are permitted on the site.

Food will be available throughout the day, our bar accepts card payments only.

We have a putting green, short game area and practice net to warm up before the competition.

The presentation will take place approx 5.30pm, prizes as follows: Ben Cup (Boys) Lowest Gross - £30 4th Place - £35 3rd Place - £45 Runner-Up £65 Winner – £85 Shannon Cup (Girls) Lowest Gross - £20 3rd Place - £30 Runner-Up £50 Winner – £70 Nearest the Pin on 6th and 12th holes - sleeve of balls.

Practice rounds are available on Bank Holiday Monday after 1pm at a cost of £15 per Junior. Any accompanying adults wishing to play will be charged the county card rate of £35.
